Guest Service Agent

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
• Be able to give the prompt service to all guest but should not exceed the authorization of the front office attendants and give good cooperation with all levels of personnel within the hotel and the guests
• Minimum of one year experience in similar position will be advantage
• Possess leadership skill and to be keen on the detail
• Friendly and Outgoing Personality
• Learn and see on how matter should be done for self improvement
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma or Bachelor degree from recognition colleges in any fields
• Ability to communicate in English
• Familiar with computer system
